Terms and conditions

Article 1: Purpose

​

These Terms of Use or General Conditions of Use provide a legal framework for the use of the services of the cedeux.fr site (hereinafter referred to as the "site").

Constituting the contract between the company C2 (Cedeux), the User, access to the site must be preceded by the acceptance of these T&Cs. Access to this platform means acceptance of these T&C.

 

Article 2: Legal notices

The website is edited by the independent company represented by Ms.Cécile Chevallard registered with the URSSAF under SIRET number 91944477800014, whose registered office is located at 37 rue rouget de lisle, 92150 Suresnes, Metropolitan France.

 

Article 3: Access to the site

The site provides free access to the following services:

Sale of miscellaneous goods;

News of the Artist C2;

The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.

Access to the site’s consultation services is free. Access to sales and purchasing services is done by creating an account with login and password.

For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without notice or justification.

 

 

Article 4: Data Collection
 

For the creation of the User’s account, the collection of information at the time of registration on the site is necessary and mandatory. In accordance with Law no. 78-17 of 6 January on data processing, files and freedoms, the collection and processing of personal information is carried out with respect for privacy.

Although the information published on the site is considered reliable, the site reserves the right to guarantee the reliability of the sources.

In spite of the regular updates, the responsibility of the site cannot be incurred in case of modification of the administrative and legal provisions appearing after the publication. The same applies to the use and interpretation of the information provided on the platform.
The site disclaims all responsibility regarding any viruses that may infect the User’s computer equipment after using or accessing this site.
The site cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
The site does not guarantee the complete security and confidentiality of the data. However, the site undertakes to implement all the methods required to do so as best as possible.

The site may consist of hypertext links. By clicking on them, the User will leave the platform. The latter has no control and cannot be held responsible for the content of the web pages related to these links.

 

Article 8: Cookies

Article 9: Publication by the User

In its publications, the member is obliged to respect the rules of the Netiquette as well as the rules of law in force.

The site has the right to exercise a moderation a priori on publications and can refuse their posting online without having to provide justification.

The member retains all of his intellectual property rights. However, any publication on the site implies the delegation of the non-exclusive and free right to the publishing company to represent, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute and distribute the publication anywhere and on any medium for the duration of the intellectual property. This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The beginning of the use of the services of the site marks the application of the contract to the User.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French law. The absence of an amicable resolution of disputes between the parties implies recourse to the French courts competent to settle the dispute.
